2 weeks after this photo was taken, Harlot had a heart attack and died!

She was a beautiful little monkey who loved to ride on her owners back and tour around on his harley davidson.
I am so sorry for your loss B.

Rest Forever By Sky-fyre

She lay there, eyes closed, face smooth, with a deep red silk sheet covering her. Her hair draped over the bier on which she lay. She looked to be in peace, free of worries and responsibilities. As if her life-long task was accomplished and she could leave forever. A cowled figure stood silently beside it, hooded cloak whipping in the wind. For a long time the figure stood still, then finally bent down to kiss the girl’s forehead, whispering, “Rest forever,” and left.

Years past, and girl still lay untouched, though wind had worn the stone bier over time. The surrounding land was desolate, the trees dead and gone, the creek dried up. The sun burned above, hot enough to set the girl aflame, yet she would have been cool to the touch had there been anyone near to touch her.

There she will rest forever, until the end of time.
